Tina Huberts

 Jantina “Tina” Frances Huberts (nee Tolsma) of Moorefield passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at the age of 78. After a two-week battle with encephalitis, the Lord in His loving wisdom received Tina Huberts to eternal glory.
We are thankful in the knowledge that our Mom and Oma is no longer suffering physical pain and that she is rejoicing with her faithful Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Tina will be missed by her beloved husband of 55 years Ben Huberts, and by her children Bill (Cheryl), Fran, Harry (Bernadette), Ed (Peggy), and Freda (close family friend).
Oma will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Melissa, Stephanie, Ben, Jenni, Christie, Lyndsey, Jason, Brandon, Courtney and Blake, as well as her six great-grandchildren Ian, Taylor, Megan, Summer, Britney and Caleb.
The family received friends at Drayton Christian Reformed Church on Friday, Jan. 6. Pastor Ralph Koops conducted the funeral service in Drayton Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, Jan. 7 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in Drayton Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Robert McIntosh

Robert C. McIntosh died peacefully at Hospice Wellington, Guelph on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012 at the age of 60.
Dearly loved husband of Arlene (nee Burns). Cherished and devoted father of Angela. Loving brother of Paul and his late wife Kathy Jane, and Brad and his wife Christine; brother-in-law of Robert Burns and his wife Jill. Also remembered as a fun-loving uncle by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his dear parents, Colin and Helen McIntosh.
Relatives and friends were received at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener on Thursday, Jan. 5 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held at All Saints Anglican Church, Waterloo on Friday, Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. with Canon Robin Lyons officiating. Cremation followed and interment will take place at a later date.

Nora Charlton

Mrs. Nora Carolyn (Hanna) Charlton of Listowel died at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, Jan. 9, 2012 at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of the late William Charlton. Mother of Tim and Mary Charlton of Markham, and Cathy Charlton-Doig and Jim Doig of RR 2 Listowel. Grandmother of Chris and Fumi Charlton, Greg Charlton, and Abbie Doig.
A celebration of Nora’s life will be held at Christ Anglican Church, Listowel, on Thursday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. with visitation for one hour prior. Pastor Laura Lightfoot officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
Memorial donations to Christ Anglican Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.

Helen Stewart

Mrs. Helen Marie (Ludwig) Stewart of Molesworth died at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012 at the age of 72.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Stewart. Mother of Linda Stewart of RR 1 Listowel, Nancy and Doug Baxter of Mitchell, David and Ria Stewart of RR 1 Listowel, and Cameron Stewart of Teeswater. Grandmother of Shawnee, Rebecca, Melissa, Melanie and Peter.
Sister of Grace Reid of Minto Township, and sister-in-law of Grace Stewart of Molesworth, and Harold and Ella Stewart of Listowel.
Predeceased by her sister Jean Williams, brother Howard Ludwig, and by her brothers-in-law Gibson Stewart, Donald Stewart, Bruce Williams and Jack Reid.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m. Interment in Molesworth Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

Don Doig

Don Doig died suddenly on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, with his family by his side, at the age of 74.
Beloved husband of the late Donna. Fondly remembered by his good friend Jeanette Toner. Loving father of Debbie Kempert and her husband Steve, Dianne Otto and her husband Randy, Dan Marie Brooks and her husband Jamie, Darlene, and Dennis Doig. Cherished by his seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Survived by his sister Margaret Gibson, and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
Predeceased by his sisters and brothers.

Daniel Darrigan

Daniel Darrigan passed away, at the age of 49.
Dan will be missed by his partner Alona Aslan, and her family Gila, Nirit, Ofra and her husband Don, their children Jasmine, Emanuel and Simone, and Rachel and her husband Peter, their children Sam, Tavi, Enav and Max.
Loving son of Jean Brown (Art) and the late Arthur Darrigan.
Dear brother of Dwayne Darrigan, Dale Darrigan, Dean Darrigan (Tina), Deardre Darrigan and Shane Brown (Ashley Plitz). Cherished uncle of Emma, Matthew, Kylie, Avery, Ella and Brayden.
Dan’s family received relatives and friends on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 10:20 a.m. followed by a procession to St. Louis RC Church (53 Allen St., Waterloo).
